Once you now the type of loan that is appropriate for your business, you need to understand the type of information required to support a loan request.

Amount Of Loan	Required Documents
Less than $100,000	Completed loan application Most recent personal and/or business tax returns
Between $100,000 - $250000	Past two year's business and personal tax returns (or business financial statements) Most recent business financial (no less tan 90 days old) Most recent agings of accounts receivable and payables Completed personal financial statements Completed loan application Supporting documents as defined by bank (articles of incorporation, Insurance certificates, bank account statements)
Loans greater than $250,000	Past three years' business financials Past tow years' business and personal tax returns Most recent business financial (no less tan 90 days old) Most recent agings of accounts receivable and payables Completed personal financial statements Supporting documents as defined by bank (articles of incorporation, Insurance certificates, bank account statements )
